We then systematically address each Sprint one after the other. Once you’re completely satisfied with the results of one, we’ll smoothly transition to tackling the next. This ensures continuous progress while maintaining your satisfaction as our top priority.
What if we already have a design team in place?
Sprint/Method’s mission is to seamlessly merge with any subscribing organization. Rather than viewing your existing design team as a potential conflict, I encourage you to perceive this as a chance to bolster your ongoing design efforts. Is there a cap on the number of Sprint I can place?
With a Sprint/Method subscription you can add an endless number of requests to your queue, and we’ll take care of them one at a time.
How long does it usually take to complete a Sprint?
Generally, Sprints are completed in under two days. Nevertheless, complex tasks will require more time.
Who will be working on my projects?
Sprint/Method operates as a one-man agency, prioritizing not just higher results but also fostering stronger bonds as an outcome of our collaboration. As such, all interactions and communications will be directly with me, the founder, ensuring a personalized and dedicated service.
What's the process in submitting a Sprint
Upon onboarding, you’ll be provided with a personal Trello board to submit your Sprints. The onboarding process will also equip you with the necessary knowledge to structure your Sprints optimally, ensuring seamless and effective collaboration.
Can we have live calls to review work?
The Sprint/Method business model is fundamentally asynchronous when it comes to a single Sprint. However; you always have the ability to schedule a monthly alignment meeting to discuss and plan our overall work together.
